Click on the number of suppressions to learn why these email addresses were suppressed. The legend on the right hand side of this page, will further explain the reason for the suppression.
Email is suppressed due to threshold/priority rules set for account. (may not apply if feature is not activated)
 7-day rule:
Email address cannot receive the same message within a 7-day period.
Email address in list of groups defined in the blast to be suppressed.
Email address in Master Suppression group.

 E (Email Address Change):
When the Update Email Function is used, the previous email address is master suppressed.
[NOTE: When an email campaign is sent, the system verifies each email address based on an algorithm that checks for each type of suppression by order of priority. Some emails may fit more than one suppression category. For example, if an email qualified for suppression both by Threshold and List criteria, the email would be categorized by Threshold since that is the first priority, and not be applied to the List category.]
