Message Types
A Message Type is a categorization field, determined by you, to help organize email campaigns of a similar nature. The message type is selected when setting up the message parameters in an email campaign.
Adding a Message Type
To add a message type to the dropdown, click on Content/Messages, then Message Types from the navigation bar.
A new page will appear with a list of previously created message types (if applicable).

Towards the bottom of the screen, there is an area to add additional message types.
Enter the Name and Description in the text boxes.
Enter the Name and Description in the text boxes.
Toggle the Yes/No dropdown option for Threshold or Priority. Then toggle Yes to make the Message Type active. Then click the Save button.
