Feature Overview
In order to provide search performance optimization for email addresses when searching by email domain, KM introduced a new Email Domain Adhoc Search Field. This new search field can be found when clicking on the Adhoc Filter link in any of the Audience Views.
What is an Email Domain?
An Email Domain is the portion of the Email Address following the @ symbol.
Changes to Email Adhoc Filter Field
In order to promote the use of the new Email Domain Adhoc Filter and the resulting performance optimization, KM introduced a limit on the number of Emails allowed in the adhoc query to five (5). This limit will be enforced on any new filter created. Existing saved filters are not subject to this limitation.
