- This session will delve into how to import, add and edit your subscriber profiles. KM will discuss manging your folders and groups within the email tool to help keep your lists organized. KM will show you how to set up and use Filters and User Defined Fields to help segment your groups and improve your email performance.
- By fully utilizing KM’s WYSIWYG editor, create engaging email content to include in your email messages. This course will point your team in the right direction for designing their own email content, as well as cover some basic email design templates.
- This session will explain the difference between scheduling a regular campaign, sending a test campaign to a small list of subscribers, creating an A/B campaign and then utilizing the Champion Campaign (winner of the A/B Campaign). This will incorporate choosing your list of subscribers from a previously created email group and selecting a suppression list, if needed.
Email Reporting – Review of email audience engagement and campaign performance reports
- Learn to analyze all your reporting options within the sent campaign reports, group reports and the overall campaign reports to grasp the engagement level of your targeted audience. This session will delve into the details of analyzing specific campaign performances and the ability to compare mulitple different campaigns with eachother and over a specific date rang. Also, learn to examine the engagement level of the targeted subscribers, the growth of your group lists, and the specific statistics about the audience members you are sending emails to.
