Dashboard

The Dashboard is the home page of the Unified Audience Database and will display an “at a glance” look at your data upon entering your UAD. There are a variety of different reports available to select and customize the page to your needs. Each user sets up their own dashboard reports which will be available every time the UAD is entered.

Report selections can be closed or viewed, as desired. 

To ADD reports to the Dashboard:

1.  Click on the  ADD REPORTS dropdown and select which of the reports you want added to the Dashboard.

2.  Select the report name, then select whether you want the report to appear in column 1 or column 2 from the "Add to:" section at the bottom of the pop up window.

To REMOVE reports from the Dashboard:
To remove a report from your dashboard, click the X in the top right corner.

To SHOW or HIDE reports on the Dashboard:
To show or hide a report, select the up/down arrow on the top right section of the report.
Available Reports:
NEW RECORDS
  • ​Domain Tracking Record Growth: Cumulative records by new site visits - Trend by Date Range
  • ​NET Record Growth: Cumulative new net records - Trend by Date Range
  • ​​Open Record Growth: Cumulative new records that have opened - By Date Range
  • ​​Click Record Growth: Cumulative new records that have clicked - By Date Range​

TOTAL COUNTS
Graphical data can be selected by date range with the ability to change the date range and refresh the report. 
  • ​Total Clicks: Total Number of Email Clicks - Trend by Date Range.
  • Total Records: Total Number of Gross Records - Trend by Date Range.
  • Total Opens: Total Number of Email Opens - Trend by Date Range.
  • Total Website Visits: Total Number of Website Visits - Trend by Date Range.

OTHER REPORTS
Totals: Total number of Net records, Gross Records, Opens, Clicks, and Website Visits.

Subscriber Score: Pie chart showing amount of records by subscriber score range. Legend can be shown or hidden.

Product Type - New Record Growth: Pie chart showing records by origniation product type - By date range.

Clicks/Opens/Visits Comparison: Bar or line chart showing activity by month/week/day - By date range. Graph options include a bar graph, linear graph and stacked bar graph.

Four of the above reports allow you to drill further into the data using the 'compass' icon in the upper right corner of the report.  This icon symbolizes that you can click on the image (graph or donut chart) or select a dimension from a drop down within the report to derive additional information.

  1. Clicks/Opens/Visits Comparison
  2. Brand Distribution
  3. Product Type Distribution
  4. Brand - New Record Growth

For example, in the Clicks/Opens/Visits Comparison report - click on the graph to toggle between the monthly, weekly and daily summaries.
