Click-Through Reports
To access the Click-Through Reports, select the SENT CAMPAIGN REPORTS under the REPORTS tab. Click on the +Details for the specific email campaign you wish to view the campaign specifics. Then, select the graph reports icon for the specific campaign.
Within the detailed reporting screen, select the Unique or Total Clicks count to view the specific Click-Through Reports.
The Click-Through Report options are:
TOP CLICKS
Download specific information about which links within the email content were clicked on the most and which subscribers did the clicking (including the total and unique clicks per URL).
- Top Clicks (which links within the content were clicked most and how many total/unique clicks)
- Top Visitors (which recipients clicked the most within content of the message)
- Clicks by Time (what time did the recipients click on the link, which link did they click on, and who clicked; also includes a date range selector, and the ability to select All or Unique Clicks)
- Clicks HeatMap (a visual picture of email the message with TOTAL clicks per linked called out in a box)
TOP CLICKS
Download specific information about which links within the email content were clicked on the most and which subscribers did the clicking (including the total and unique clicks per URL).
- Summary = lists campaign item, sends, delivers, clicks, opens & percentages
- Detail = groups the clicks by URL & which subscriber clicked on the links
TOP VISITORS
View which specific subscribers were your top visitors and also what their click counts were within your content.

CLICKS BY TIME
View and download all the click information or the unique click information into a XLS, CSV or TXT file. The report will list the click time, the specific email address of the subscriber and also what URL/Link Alias that subscriber clicked on.

CLICKS HEATMAP
View a visual picture of the email message with the total clicks per link called out using a red box to display the total clicks.
NOTE: If you use the same URL in multiple locations within the email content, the same count will show for all the locations of the URL. If you want separate counts for the various link locations within the content of the email message, you need to differentiate the links.

NOTES:
• If the URL is not a valid link, a unique ECN_id will not be attached. Thus, the link will not appear on the Heat Map for the Campaign Item or individual blast. If the content is updated with a valid URL, the unique ECN_id will be attached at the time of saving the content update.
• If new content is generated by copying existing content, a new unique ECN_id will be assigned to each URL within the newly generated content.
• If the Content is changed after an email blast is sent, the heat map will display the clicks based on the current content and may not match the clicks shown on the blast report.
